Gone Free! DIVING IN (Resort to Love #2) for a Limited Time

Diving In (Resort to Love #2)

My Hawaii-set romantic comedy Diving In (a full-length novel and standalone sequel to The Supermodel’s Best Friend) is now free in ebook for a limited time!

For schoolteacher Nicki Fitch, a summer in Hawaii is the perfect opportunity to overcome a lifetime of phobias. But when she gets to Maui, she discovers the guy who broke her heart in college is living in her paradise. How can she tackle her fears when the biggest one of all is walking around shirtless—and refuses to leave her alone?

About to turn thirty, Ansel has never wasted his life of privilege—if only his father saw it that way. When Dad cuts him off financially, Ansel moves into his family’s vacation home to make his own fortune in real estate. The last thing he needs is his sister’s leggy, beautiful friend distracting him. Unfortunately, he’s had little practice resisting temptation.

As the days and nights unfold along the luxurious Maui shores, Nicki and Ansel find themselves sharing more and more… and more. But will either one of them have the courage to bring what they find together home with them when the summer’s over?

Diving In

Accidental sale, get it while you can! Diving In is now only 99 cents–for a few days only. It started as a complete accident–and then Pixel of Ink, a website that emails its subscribers hot ebook deals, featured me (unbeknownst to me),  just as the prices were going back up to $3.99.

I’ve put it back on sale for a few days (through Sunday 8/3/14). Spread the word–99 cents for my latest and greatest. This is a stand-alone story that has cameos from the first book in that “series” (although I never intended it to be one orignally), The Supermodel’s Best Friend (which is FREE for another few weeks.)

Here’s one of my favorite reviews from Amazon (from a reader I swear I neither know nor paid cash to, with the initials CDS):

“I laughed, and then laughed some more…and swooned; there was definitely some swooning going on.

‘Diving In’ is probably the most enjoyable ‘chick lit’ I’ve read in a while. The story has just enough drama, swoon-worthy scenes, relationship angst, beautiful scenery, and did I mention funny situations. Really, the main character has so many issues, but she’s determined to deal with all of them, especially one pesky one from her past.

Also, the sex scenes were written tastefully and the romance was believable, two important factors in a story for me.

I’ll definitely read more from Gretchen Galway”

And here’s the back-of-the-cover blurb:

Diving In

Because anxiety disorders are fun and sexy! Diving In is now available at Amazon, Kobo, and Barnes & Noble for only $0.99 until this weekend, when it goes up to $3.99. A loose sequel to The Supermodel’s Best Friend (it’s not necessary to have read that one first), Diving In is about a teacher who grapples with her many phobias on a summer trip to Hawaii–and finds more than she hoped for with the fun-loving playboy who broke her heart at eighteen.

To everyone who buys from iTunes: my huge apologies. Apple has a much slower approval time, and the book is waiting in their queue. It could be this week or next before it goes live–possibly later. If you want a copy ASAP, send me an email and we’ll figure something out.

I’ll post the Apple/iTunes link as soon as it’s live. Happy reading!

p.s. Yes, I changed the cover! A chorus of reader voices preferred the illustrated cover design over the photo one, so I was happy to change direction.
